Campus and College SEEQ Setup Representatives

The following staff are responsible for assigning or overseeing the assignment of SEEQ forms. Campus and College Setup Representatives are responsible for communicating with others who assign forms. SEEQ/SRTE Administrators are responsible for communications to unit heads and instructors.

If you have questions about whether SEEQs have been assigned for your courses, please contact the person responsible for your area. Requests for changes to this list should be sent to seeq@psu.edu.
