Viewing an Assigned Form as a Student

To verify that you have everything set correctly, it is good practice to view the form you have assigned from a student's perspective. You may have already viewed the form when you created it. However, the View Assigned SRTE Forms function allows you to also verify that you have assigned the correct form to the course. To view the forms:

1. Under the Setup Evaluations by Department subheading, select the View Assigned SRTE Forms link.
   
   



2. Use the dropdown lists to find the correct Department and Course Section combination, then click the View button.
   
   



3. You'll see your form, including the instructions and the University required questions.
